Corn Flour

CORN FLOUR AL Gota:

one tablespoon of corn starch equals two tablespoons of flour.

CUSTARD PREPARATION:

- put 1 liter of milk over medium-high heat to a boil - add some sugar - optional -

- mix 2 tablespoons of corn flour with 25 ml. of cold milk until thickens -

- add the mixture to the boiled milk and add 1 tablespoon of rose water

- put them over a heat to boil for 2-3 minutes with stirring. serve it HOT or COLD

FOR CHILDREN FOOD:

- put 250 ml. of milk to boil - add some sugar - optional -

- mix 3 table spoons of corn flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water until thickens

- add the mixture to the boiled milk and stir it well - put the milk over a heat for 2-3 minutes until thickens
